Amy has worked in the healthcare field for over 30 years and has always had a passion for helping others and being the voice of her patients and those in need of care. Leading many initiatives with process improvements including Fall Risk Prevention Workgroup, Post Hospital Safe Discharges and Preventative Care Workgroup. The groups fall risk programs and cancer screenings with CMS were awarded at the highest state level for quality care initiatives.   Every provider, co-worker and patient will attest to Amy’s commitment to quality patient care and compassion for the community members that reached far beyond the clinic walls. And because of that passion, she found the gaps within the healthcare system, and founded a nonprofit to bridge the gaps with a patient centered focus. 

Michael Wilcox, MD is a Board-Certified Family Practice Physician who has practiced in rural Minnesota for over 40 years. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Minnesota and his Doctor of Medicine Degree at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis. Dr. Wilcox took his post-graduate training at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis and completed his Bush Medical Fellowship in Critical & Emergency Care in 1985. Dr. Wilcox is the former Coordinator at the Emergency Care Plus Program for North Memorial Health Care in Minneapolis and Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Emergency & Family Medicine, University of Minnesota. Dr. Wilcox is the Medical Director for Rural EMS Services, as well as Medical Director at the Community Paramedic Program at Hennepin Technical College in addition to being a CALS instructor. An early architect of community paramedicine, Dr. Wilcox offers clinical skills training and oversight, CME/curriculum development, the development of policy and protocol, outcome analysis and quality assurance initiatives. Also a national conference speaker, he is a gifted ambassador of community paramedicine. Dr. Wilcox offers to serve in a contract medical director capacity for clients launching their own community paramedic programs.

She runs a public affairs business, Apparatus, that she co-founded in 2016 after spending a decade in corporate marketing at software companies ranging from $0 start-ups to $3B multi-national outfits.

Laura’s most proud that her women-owned, women-run business has been able to stand out as a good company doing good things for Minnesota.

Jason completed his undergraduate studies at the University of South Dakota before completing his Master’s degree in physical therapy at the University of South Dakota – Sanford School of Medicine. After a brief stint as a personal trainer and outpatient physical therapist, he found his calling in home healthcare where he has spent the past 19 years in various capacities as a physical therapist, education director, administrator, and service line developer.  His passion lies in reaching and helping others and creating an environment for success.

Rob holds a BA from Saint Mary’s University and a Master of

Social Work degree from the University of Minnesota and a Post-

Graduate Certificate in Permanency and Adoption Competency.

In 2012, Rob was awarded the Early Career Excellence Award

from National Association of Social Workers Minnesota Chapter

and is a past President of the National Association of Social

Workers Minnesota Chapter. He has also served on the Board of

Directors for AspireMN, the national Foster Family-based

Treatment Association and is a member of the Council of Regents

at Saint Mary’s University as well as adjunct faculty at University

of Minnesota School of Social Work.

 Craig has spent most of his life with a solid foundation of doing good and wanting to help the community.   He earned the rank of Eagle Scout which has transformed how he lives his life today, by the Scout motto;   "Trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean an reverent!"   He has obtained multiple degrees in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice, multiple Letters of Commendation, Service to Youth Awards, as well achieved numerous certifications in housing, inspections, fire safety, and code enforcement fields.    He continues his Minnesota Peace Officers Standards and Trainings continuing education to maintain his licensing. He is on the Minnesota Association of Housing and Code Officials Board and as well as a member of the International Code Council.    He has almost two decades of inspections experience and opened QuickTurn Property Services LLC was a way to bridge the gap between Code Enforcement Inspectors and those living with Hoarding Disorder.  QuickTurn Specializes in cleaning, decluttering, and making a home a home again for those in need.   QuickTurn has been in for about 15 years, with a solid footing in the decluttering world.   Helping those in need understand the implications of Inspections and Enforcement and how to navigate those worlds to come home is why "Connecting the Right Resources at the Right Time is Key for Measurable Results!" 

Talia Pletcher is a Risk Manager at M3 Insurance. She works with clients in the long-term care, assisted living, and social services industry to identify and develop risk management programs surrounding workers’ compensation and liability exposures.

Pletcher prides herself on her first-hand experience in health care with over 12 years of experience as an administrator for skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and home care. In addition, she is an expert with the regulatory environment for long-term care with the removal of CMS Special Focus Facility list, quality management projects, and leadership development for administrators. She is experienced in bridging relationships between long-term care facilities and community organizations.

Talia has earned a bachelor’s degree in health care administration from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
